Preparation Phase

• Research & Development (R&D):

  • Finalize the core functionalities and design of the AgentGPT platform.

  • Conduct market research to understand user needs and expectations.

  • Define key features such as personalized AI agents, minting tokens, and platform customization.

• Token Development & Smart Contracts:

  • Develop the Solana-based token for the platform (minting, staking, and reward mechanisms).

  • Audit and test smart contracts for security and functionality.

• Platform Design & Architecture:

  • Finalize the UI/UX for the AgentGPT platform using React.js and Tailwind CSS.

  • Design and develop the user dashboard, agent creation tools, token minting options, and more.

Pre-Launch Phase

• Beta Testing:

  • Open a closed alpha testing phase for early feedback and bug fixes.

  • Test key features such as character customization, PDF/website uploads, AI behavior setting, and token minting.

• Token Launch Preparation:

  • Finalize tokenomics and distribution plans for the AgentGPT token.

  • Set up staking and rewards systems for early adopters and platform users.

  • Create marketing materials and educational content on token usage.

• AgentGPT App Development:

  • Implement features for easy AI agent creation with customization options such as image, title, and description.

  • Begin integrating the minting system for custom agents into the platform.

Launch Phase

• AgentGPT Token Launch:

  • Officially launch the AgentGPT token on Solana.

  • Open the token for public trading on decentralized exchanges (DEX).

  • Promote the token launch through social media, community channels, and partnerships.

• AgentGPT Alpha App Launch:

  • Launch the alpha version of the app with core features (agent creation, customization, minting, and sharing).

  • Begin onboarding users and gather feedback to improve the app.

  • Add early adopters to the platform with limited access to certain features.

• Live Features Development:

  • Develop and implement real-time interactions between users and AI agents.

  • Introduce advanced features such as behavior customization, training data integration, and personality-based responses.

Growth Phase

• AgentGPT Full App Launch:

  • Roll out the full version of the AgentGPT platform with all features enabled.

  • This includes the ability to create, customize, mint, and share AI agents with ease.

  • Make the platform available to users globally, with mobile compatibility.

• Live Agent Feature Rollout:

  • Launch live AI agents with real-time conversational abilities for businesses, marketers, and developers.

  • Integrate advanced features such as agent voice support, multilingual capabilities, and integration with third-party services (e.g., CRM, eCommerce).

• Community Building & Engagement:

  • Host community events such as webinars, AMA sessions, and tutorials to increase user engagement.

  • Introduce referral programs for users who bring new agents and tokens to the platform.

• Marketing & Partnerships:
